I’ve installed the ContentWRX code, but I’m not seeing the survey on my site. Why?

Check that the code is installed on the page you’re viewing and that the survey is active in the dashboard.
There are other customer feedback tools that may conflict with ContentWRX, including Foresee, iPerceptions, etc.
If you cannot isolate a specific issue, contact our support team.
