You’ll find this option when viewing your evaluation dashboard. In the navigation bar, select Manage. Under Logo will be the option to upload a new file.
Note that the file size limit is 4MB. Your logo will be scaled down to a height of 50px. Ideal dimensions are approximately 200px width and 50px height.
