A microengagement is a user event that can be tracked alongside the evaluation. This could include behaviors like submitting a form, downloading a document, and scroll depth. Custom microengagements can be added to integrate these behaviors into your ContentWRX effectiveness score.
They can be viewed in the dashboard under the Microengagements tab.
